We first noticed Dionisio many years ago as a hardworking young man with a sharp mind during his time in college, where he dedicated his free time to working on the farm. In 2011, he transitioned to a different career path in another industry, but we stayed in touch over the years, and I had in the back of my mind that one day maybe he could come back to the farm because he exemplified a servant leaders heart.

That day arrived in 2019, when we hired him back to take on the role of production manager, and as they say, the rest is history. Over the past five years, Dionisio has proven to be an exceptional team player, thriving in his role and gradually taking on more responsibilities in the full operation of the farm from start to finish. Dionisio loves his job and it is evident in his positive attitude that he brings to work day in and day out. We are very thankful to have Nicho’s leadership on the farm and we look forward to many more years of his dedication and the growth he brings to the farm.
