Rob Miller

From a humble start, Rob’s journey has been defined by curiosity and resilience. When he first entered the industry, he was eager yet unsure. Gerhard’s job description was —“Go figure it out”— which was an odd job description but turned out to be a pivotal moment for me. It sparked a deep desire for him to ask questions and learn by getting his hands dirty and figure out the day-to-day operations on how a plant farm runs. 

Starting in production, Rob immersed himself in learning the names of various plants, absorbing information from every corner of the workplace. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for his future roles in shipping and eventually growing. Each position taught him something new and expanded his understanding of the business.

As Rob transitioned into sales and purchasing, he gained insights into the complexities of the industry. He learned how to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Over time, He developed a keen sense of leadership and management, realizing that success is not just about personal growth but also about uplifting and leading those around you.

Today, he carries with him the lessons learned from every role, every mentor, and every experience. Rob’s journey is a testament to the power of curiosity and the belief that, with determination, anyone can transform their humble beginnings into a thriving career.
